Reductores de Engranajes Planetarios: juego de engranajes muy reducido, diseñados para ser montados a servo-motores con el acoplamiento del motor y engranajes para minimizar el juego.

Planetary Gears

Tandler has developed a range of high precision planetary gearboxes with features ideal for the joint use of high speed and dynamic servo motors.

Zero backlash between the motor and gearbox, along with highly accurate gearing, ensures that the characteristic of minimal backlash or gear play (which has been a feature of the gearbox’s spiral bevel range from Tandler) is now available on the planetary gearbox market.

The coaxial planetary gearbox can be combined with a spiral bevel gearbox to provide high right angle drives with ratio accuracy up to 54:1.

Extremely low-backlash planetary gearbox developed specifically for use with highly
dynamic servomotors. With two, three or even four gear stages.

key, otherwise the gearboxes are identical to the PL2 FS. The planetary gear input shaft can be easily integrated into existing powertrains.

Multi-stage, gearboxes with ratios up to 10,000: 1 are possible

Enables motors to be connected directly to the precision right angle gearbox. The outputshaft can be
solid, hollow, switched or multiplied to give up to five outputs.

Ratios up to i = n1:n2 = 1:1 up to 6:1 (depending upon gearbox size)

Right angle drives offering the output options of spiral bevel gears with even higher ratios. Input side planetary stage in four sizes, suitable for any motor desired. Outside spiral bevel stage for powerful options such as hollow shaft, switching or up to five outputs. Gearbox sizes can be combined and optimised for maximum output torque capacity.
Ratios i = n1:n2 = 3:1 up to 60:1 (depending upon gearbox size)

Series PSK2
ServoFoxx® gearboxes with an input shaft are also suitable for conventional mechanical drives, without servo technology. Owing to the feasibility of high ratios the PSK2 gearbox is especially useful for an emergency manual drive, with the hand wheel simply mounted to the input shaft. Additionally, of course, the use of the gearbox in motordriven applications without any restrictions is possible.
Ratios i = n1: n2 = 3 : 1 up to 60:1 (depending upon gearbox size)

Planetary gearboxes with helical bevel gears with different hollow shafts. Right angle drives offering the output options of spiral bevel gears with even higher ratios. Input side planetary stage in four sizes, suitable for any motor desired. Outside spiral bevel stage for powerful options such as hollow shaft, switching or up to five outputs. Gearbox sizes can be combined and optimised for maximum output torque capacity.
Ratios up to i = n1: n2 = 3 : 1 hasta 60:1 (depending upon gearbox size)

Series SKP2
The spiral bevel planetary gearbox is also available as a version with an input shaft. This gearbox is
suitable for non-servo applications where right angle drives with high ratios and high torques are required. Therefore, the SKP2 is an extension of our standard spiral bevel gearbox range.
Ratios i = n1: n2 = 3:1 a 60:1 (depending upon gearbox size)
